"Women's Forum" is a grassroots volunteer organization. We have consciously moved away from traditional vertical hierarchies in favor of a horizontal structure based on shared responsibility and mutual support.
Our Management Principles:
Horizontal Interaction: Every team member has a voice and directly influences strategic decisions. This agility allows us to respond rapidly to the urgent needs of liberated communities.
Trust and Expertise: We delegate tasks based on each member's professional experience and unique skills, fostering a culture of professional autonomy.
Grassroots Initiative: Our work is built "bottom-up." We start with a real request from a resident of a de-occupied village and move toward a collective search for the resources to solve it.
This approach makes us more than just an organization — we are a living community where every voice matters, and every action is driven by a shared commitment to the common good.
